USA Deaf Baseball is building a national player pipeline for Deaf and hard-of-hearing baseball players who are interested in representing the United States, attending future events, joining camps or clinics, and being considered for national team opportunities.

This form helps our staff learn more about your baseball background, communication needs, availability, and interest level. Completing this form does not guarantee a roster spot, but it allows USA Deaf Baseball to keep you in consideration for future opportunities.
